“Need to clarify that the electronic book is a Kindle book -- I thought it was a PDF. This caused lots of problems for me and for other students in the group. I had to jump security hoops to finally access the training guide on my government machine. There was also not adequate time to change mind after I selected the electronic book and ran into problems. Since there were issues with government emails, I think clarification was needed when we were asked to provide an alternate email address. If additional information was provided, I definitely would have requested a hardcopy book and would not have experienced the stress of trying to figure out what to do and who to contact for help.”
