“>> I would have preferred to receive my books more than one day before my class started. I paid as soon as I registered for the class. I needed to read a few pages from the book and download files before the class started. Since I would be out of the office for the rest of the week taking this class, I was completing work which had a deadline. >> The first day of class had a great deal of content. I felt rushed moving from one chapter to the next. I have never used Captivate before. I was thankful that my instructor was nice to answer all my questions (interruptions). The training pace on the second day of class was a HUGE improvement. The time in each chapter even allowed me to highlight key dialogue boxes in the book. The instructor as usual always took the time to help me when I was lost. He gave us tips of the trade which will be helpful. >> I think next time, I will try a training in a classroom to be able to compare vs an online class. This will help me improve upon my facilitator skills :)”
