“I would recommend this training to a colleague because of the instructor. David was not only a good instructor, he demonstrated being a great resource. I encountered problems early on in my captivate training (e.g., I started my training 1 hour late on 3.7.16, did not receive my book on time, did not have the right program version, etc.), and David was able to help me find solutions to these concerns. As a matter of fact, I was considering rescheduling the course due to the barriers that I encountered early on, but David's teaching style allowed me to follow along and learn until I got up to speed. Further, as I was catching up with course modules, David made himself available to me to answer questions and provide suggestions.”
