“Excellent training opportunity. Wasn't aware that only a portion of Captivate was being trained in the first 2 days and that I will be missing additional training the rest of the week. I'll blame my boss for that, though. Hope I can get the rest from the book, which showed up after lunch on Day 2 (Fed/Ex issues).”

“Mr. Gaston's training ability and knowledge are both excellent. Personally, I could have taken in the information at a higher rate. Michael is able to teach to an appropriate level for all attendees. His years of ability are evident in his high level of instruction. The training facility was perfect for this type of instruction. I did have to travel quite a distance to attend. The only improvement I could suggest is to host the training closer to me.”
