“The instructor was knowledgeable, prepared, patient, and humorous. I also really appreciated the small class size because it allowed for better individual learning in terms of allowing time for questions. One aspect that I was unhappy with was that the books were not available on the first day of the class, although the instructor made the best of the situation and helped us overcome this challenge.”

“The training and instructor were fantastic!! However, the climate in the classroom made it difficult to concentrate. Never really was cool, however, it was up and down. Just had wished that the room temperature could have been regulated more. It caused me to have a headache by the end of each class.”
