“This was a great learning environment. I came here with some knowledge and little confidence and I am leaving feeling very prepared to do the job that I need to do. AND I have a lot more confidence! The Instructor was awesome and so patient. He was very personable and approachable. I was worried that I would be afraid to ask questions, you know how sometimes instructors can make you feel like the question is stupid. Not so with Mike. He took all questions and some weren't even relevant to the course. Can't say enough about how much I learned and enjoyed this learning experience. Thanks bunches!!”
