“Michael is excellent. I was a terrible participant, frequently forgetting to mute, making unnecessary "funny" comments, my dog barked at a terrible time (3pm on Friday) when there was a technical problem and he was patient, kind, kept on track, forgiving, etc. Of course, maybe if he never responded to me, I would have shut the heck up. He deserves a bonus for tolerating me.”
