“Building problems, including: non-handi-capable access, a 4 story open concept that could be a problem for those with heights, and an elevator issue (not working sometimes). I would recommend this training with Michael because he has been exceedingly patient with all of our questions. As well, the book for the second session is excellent -- I am so happy that I can take it with me!”

“I enrolled in the class based on the course outline, but the class did not cover the information in the outline because it was already covered the day 2 and 3 in the bootcamp course. The instructor did a great job with the course content that was presented to me. The school needs to base the course with an outline on how the instructor will teach the course. I realize that the course does not guarantee that all the topics listed may not be covered and also I have no problem with the instructor not using the book to teach the course. The issue that I have is my goals were not met for the course.”

“Maurice (The trainer) was not a "by the book" instructor. I like this. He spoke from experience and know-how the whole time. It is nice to have an instructor who actually knows and uses the product instead of someone who just steps you through the book.”
