“I would recommend this training if their teacher is Lisa. This is the second course I have taken with her. She was amazing and very attentive. She answered all of my questions, and didn't make me feel rushed to understand. She was very throughout and ensured I was comfortable with the material before moving on to the next topic. She also made it fun, which helps during a training session. Regarding trying to get set up for the course. I would say I had a difficult time. I emailed Wendy multiple times with no response, and the length of time between responses was lengthy and I continually had to follow up with her to get this training scheduled. I would say that Ledet could work on the customer service portion and ensure that students who are reaching out for additional training would be answered in a timely manner.”
