“Overall, it was a good training that really got into the basics (an overarching review that made you a little dangerous in everything but an expert in nothing - which is perfect for an intro, 2 day course like this). A few times it was easy for the eyes to glaze over, but the fundamentals being taught were important if not the most interesting. Kay was an energetic and knowledgeable instructor, and I definitely leave this class with far more knowledge, ability, and different thinking than I entered.”
