“The customer service both prior to and during the class was very good; the instructor is nice and keeps the class moving - but is also willing to dig deeper into any topics that students need extra help on.”

“I find the immediacy of asking a question for clarification (when I get a bit lost) to be more satisfying than having to "google" and select / sort through additional online tutorials. I believe this online course saves quite a bit of time with the learning curve to allow more effective "play-time" with the Illustrator program.”
