“The registration process was frustrating. When researching an onsite class I was provided with one location, then once I registered my email contained different address and information. Because I was traveling from out of town and had to get approval from my company the change of information caused complexity in arrangements and approval. After all those hoops the class was canceled due to insufficient number of students. I canceled my flight, which lost my company $400, to only receive an email a few days after saying another student might be interest and the class might take place. Once an email has been sent announcing a canceled class you might want to close the registration option online. However after I found the instructor extremely knowledgeable, up beat and enjoyed the course. The material was extremely useful.”
