“Brian Reese was the best instructor that I've had amongst taking 3 classes so far. He came prepared with additional tools like notepads, pens, thumb-drives, print-outs, and resource suggestions. He is definitely dedicated to our learning. I think he can let go of talking about the Quark software since I compare it to talking about the phone as a string connected to two Styrofoam cups, in its relevance. Other than that ;) , Brian is outstanding. If I sign up for another class, I hope to have Brian. I would like to speak to someone to ensure that I get my classroom Advanced InDesign book mailed to my office, since the count was short. I do have a concern that the Ledet organization support team that preps registration and assists the instructor needs drastic improvement. I feel that the instructors are unnecessarily left to their own devices and it seems to be difficult for them to get help from corporate or the support/admin. team. Please employ a way to have corporate/support/admin team to check in with the instructor onsite at the beginning, middle, and the end of class; rather than having the instructors track them down to help the students. Please rectify this, since it is beginning to deter my interest in registering for another class. I don't feel that the instructors should be penalized for this lack of appropriate support.”
