“Class was informative, wish it moved a bit faster so we could cover more material/practice more. Also would have preferred to be in person as opposed to online. There were some considerable delay in getting the course started as the wrong link was sent out. At times it was difficult to focus because at least one of the class members refused to mute their line. The instructor helped mitigate that by eventually muting everyone. Staff we were great and helped work through some of the conference/file issues that were experienced early on but the course did start late as a result.”
