“We have been trying to take this class since May (we finally took the class 9-24). The class was canceled 4 months in a row due to lack of attendees (we were told that the class would not be held unless there were 4 people; 2 people from our company were attending). We even let our representative know that we were willing to travel if Ledet was able to verify the class would be held; she was not able to confirm. This was extremely frustrating. Especially since Ledet already took payment in May. The email confirmation recommended that students stay at the Red Lion Inn. I realize you do not have control over the hotel; but this was a horrible suggestion. I would not recommend this hotel to future students as the hotel stay was not enjoyable. All of that aside, the course itself was very beneficial. Mr. Creamer was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.”

“We attempted to attend the class several different time but each time it was cancelled on us. Once we were able to attend the information was very useful and the instructor was great. On a side note, the confirmation email said that there would be vending machines available in the lobby for breaks, there were none, also the Ledet website recommended that we stay at the Red Lion Hotel - it was in disrepair (walls and ceiling with holes, lobby furniture full of holes, ply-wood walls in some areas, no mini-fridges/microwaves, the shower was broken, wallpaper peeling everything dirty, the ice machines were out of order on every floor) the Radisson is in the same building and has much nicer accommodations for about the same price.”
