“I liked the instructer led training, plus I was able to walk away with a book and disk that I can use on my own. However, I was frustrated with the way you register for the class. There was very little communication, the emails were confusing, time it took to confirm the class was frustration and parts of the course outline were incorrect.”

“I would (and already have) recommended this class to a colleague due to the effectiveness of the training. I was shocked by the amount of information that I was able to retain over the course of four days. My instructor was extremely patient, which prevented the class from feeling pressured or as if we were at work. I cant wait until I come come back and take more training.”
