“(1) Preference to work on Macs even within the training environment. This was promised during registration and confirmation (2) Room conditions were at times very uncomfortable and very hot, though the instructor did his best to keep the door open and brought fans to help with this.”

“I appreciated the instructor outlining the 6 main steps at the start of our class, then tying back all lessons to these steps. The content was clear and to the point. The instructor always ensured we understood the information and could properly complete each task. Only thing that I would have enjoyed is if we could have had more time to practice the info we learned (i.e. after each of the 6 steps, take time to work on our John/Suit video). Overall, very good class.”
