“The training was thorough. Our trainer, Dave, was open to and answered all our questions. I like that we have a book that goes along with the class. We are quite disappointed to find out after the training that we would not receive a recording of the session (even though all sessions were recorded.) The value of the training drops considerably without that resource. If I knew the training recordings wouldn't be shared, I would have approached the training differently. There was a lot of information covered and it was challenging to both listen, watch, and work through the steps on our own without missing some things. Also, our trainer provided information that is not included in the book. This is a plus but it's difficult to document this information in the moment and now we have no resource to refer to. Disappointing overall.”
