“Tim was great. He adjusted the class to our needs and moved at our pace. I had a lot of trouble with the registration. My original dates were not available so I had to make a lot of phone calls and emails to get this class registered. The response time and overall customer service of the sales team was terrible. I almost wondered if I was being scammed. I never received information about the start times of the class, the instructor, or location (specific room) of the training. I had to call at 6:00AM PST to find out the class time but she didn't even bother to tell me other information (Mica). It was like I was an inconvenience to her. I'm the customer.”

“Roberta was great - she had a class with varying levels of computer knowledge and went through the training with a calm and collected demeanor. She was patient and skillfully navigated questions of all types and really took the mystery out of a software that was new for all of us. The time leading up to the training didn't feel quite as seamless, and there was some confusion from the class members around the workbook (who had requested ebooks, who requested hard copies, and when the hard copies would arrive). Overall, a great experience.”

“I was really hoping to attend a live version of the session, however, after my experience with Roberta M, I have changed my thought. She kept us engaged and by having the software on our computers, we were able to try things real time and ask questions. Great session, thanks, Roberta! :-)”
