“This is an order from Malaysia, it was placed on 13/12/2023. This review is nothing about the shirt but more to delivery. Understood that my order will take longer than usual to reach my end, but for the parcel to dispatch from the warehouse itself has taken more than 10days to deliver out from Singapore. When i emailed customer service, they just gave me generic reply “will deliver end of the week”. But when “the end of the week” arrived, it wasn’t deliver still. The next time i PM in insta, i got reply “it’s holidays now, our office closed until 26/12”. To me, if in the first place that you already aware that the delivery will be delayed, just tell me honestly instead of telling me end of the week and gave me vague reply, i felt cheated by your customer service. Plus my order is new arrival, i can’t imagine for those who order backorder. Really a bad experience shopping with Le Petit.”
