“This is a beautiful shirt, however it was much too large for me as a size 10/12. I have a small back but larger cup, 34ff for info. I reordered an 8 and it was a perfect fit with plenty of room all round. The second shirt was not perfect, the label stitched in wonky and the shirt was very badly pressed with creases pressed in the wrong place. I decided to gently see if they would come out with a warm iron and they did, but the collar shape isn’t perfect. This is only miniscule and I’m sure no one else will notice. As I like it anyway I’ve kept it as I can’t be doing with another swap. Having bought from Lily and Me before I’m sure this is not a common thing but I really think they should have better quality control.”

I am pleased you have left us feedback, as I can ensure this is passed back to our factory.
This is not something that has been raised as an issue but on occasion human error can occur as the labels are hand stitched. I will pass this on to our factory and quality control.
