“I purchased a display model seiko spb077j and it arrived broken even after calling them to check that the watch was in working order. They told me they would replace it for me and when i tried to get that in writing from them because i didnt trust them, they refused to replace it at the same price and I had to pay an extra $200 to have it replaced woth a non display model. In future I will shop elsewhere and have their competitors price match them wherever possible. Don't trust anything from them you can't get in writing.”
