My absolute favourite blend from Lively Living. Very versatile. I love making a DIY hand soap with this (diluted of course). The cinnamon makes it - it smells fresh and invigorating and everyone comments "what is that smell? It's amazing" when I'm diffusing it in the house.”

I bought this in a 10 pack back in October and use it at the first sign of a cold for my children. Or if theretms something going around at school. I use it with sniffles and cough and protection and I can really see the difference in length of a cold or virus when I use this. Down to a few days compared to over a week!
I use it as a roll on as well before they go to school to help protect them during the day ( be sure to dilute in a carrier oil if applying it to skin, like any essential oil, otherwise it can irritate the skin).
It smells great too.”
