“The oils I purchased are all very nice. I can tell by the smell that they are top quality.
How ever I’m not happy with the diffuser I bought. It is the Aroma Elm. It doesn’t seem to work well. I can’t even see any mist come out when it’s going and the scent is very faint. Very disappointed actually”
Hi Susan Thanks so much for the 5 star review . Glad you love the oils. With regards to your Aroma-Elm , can you double check you are not overfilling it ? The MAX water level line is half way down inside the water well. it will not work if you overfill it.
