The snooze oil blend from Lively Living has so helped my little girl. Her autism means she finds lots of "normal" things challenging, compared to my other daughter. Bedtime and getting to sleep has been hard as she is very sensitive to noise and it stops her falling asleep easily. The oil seems to calm and settle her.
