“I am finding this review hard to write. The humidifier works BUT it is loud. Extremely LOUD. I bought it for my bedroom and it has a constant water dripping sound. I immediately sent a email questioning if this was correct, or if I had set the machine up wrong. I have not received a response. I expected better customer service. I sincerely hate it when there is no aftercare service. Not sure I will purchase again from this company.”
“Very easy for water leaking , bulky and the cord power is underneath which make it harder to plug in, I can’t notice much the difference from this to other diffuser in term of air quality.”
