We move between use of the meditation, stress release, harmony and joy oils. Sometimes I pop in my frankincense or elevate blend. Takes a bit of persuading for my son to get his homework done. Notice a big difference when we put our Aroma Home on, with the focus blend. What I really love though is that I can adjust the light to a minimal and warm light, when it's time for bed. That's when the snooze or child calming oil goes in. Such a versitile product.
