“Easy to set up, with winter rescue oil.
This is for me, a 56 yr old adult (F). I’m a sufferer of inflammation, and sinus headaches in winter.
I noticed the 1 st morning after use, an immediate improvement in waking up without a blocked nose. Also less dryness in both nostrils which is going to help reduce nosebleeds.
I have it on intermittent, there is a small sound in each humidifier pump. I usually sleep deeply, and I don’t find this sound disturbing, I’m able to fall asleep and sleep with it on easily.
