“Good for satiety-Very thick and filling shake- I mixed mine with 200ml fresh milk so roughly 250cals per serving. Recommend using a blender as it can be hard to dissolve.
Kept me full for 5+ hours which is a big win! The ingredients are clean and macros are balanced. The chocolate taste isn’t too overpowering.
