“Amazing Customer Service and Flavor-Bought my first ever protein shake from Lush and received one of the most amazing customer service I have ever gotten. After placing my order I decided to change my order of plant based protein to whey. I immediately reached out to their team to request for a change, but unfortunately they didnâ€™t manage to get back to me before the arrival of the items, which was pretty amazingly fast. So I just dropped them a line to let me know that they didnâ€™t manage to swap the item before delivery. Loand behold, one of their rep reached out, apologize for the â€œerrorâ€ (technically it wasnâ€™t as I was fickle minded) and offered to send me another Better whey protein, at no additional cost, or a need to return the plant based protein! I was indeed very impressed as I was prepared to pay a minimal fee / return the product. Thank you for the great customer service experience and the protein is absolutely delicious! My vanilla flavored better whey tastes like Vanilla Milkshake!”

“Good quality-Fast delivery. Good quality shaker. The cocoa blend taste nice. Willing to try other varieties in the future. One important aspect to be improved would be the packaging as the seal is too tight to handle and the opening is too small to scoop out the content leaving the powder all over the packaging easily. Wish the packaging could be little wider to handle easily. Thanks!”
