“Very pleased with the Cabinet just what we wanted we know your supplier was delaied but you kept us informed and delivery was the day you said it would be. Also standard of packing very good Roy Bedford o/n 4492”

“I would have given 5 stars, however, the screws to attach the knobs did not fit the thread! The delivery service was poor. Had I known that the delivery was doorstep only I wouldn't have bought the item. I live on the second floor of a block of flats with an intercom system. I explained to the delivery driver I couldn't accept doorstep delivery. If companies want the business they have to provide the service. Reluctantly, the delivery driver brought the item to my flat door but his manner left alot to be desired. Due to the delivery restrictions I won't be buying again from this company. Ironically, the driver wasn't wearing a face covering. I work in the social care sector as a keyworker we sacrifice alot to keep the cogs turning so loved ones are provided with care. Dropping off the unit to my front door was not too much to ask?! Seemingly it was on this occasion!!!”
