“First clamp came without threaded holes in the clamp. Had to return. Melton overnighted a new clamp. Second clamp was not machined properly. Did not fit on Tranx 400 reel properly and the threaded screw holes in the base of the clamp did not accommodate the screws that come with the clamp. Never had an issue with Tiburon before but they obviously have something going on at their facility that has caused some poor quality control.”
