“The Nord Drum 3P is a great electronic percussion unit. I've used the similar Roland offerings (and even had the older Simmons systems) but the 3P is just lightyears ahead IMHO. I love the ease with which you can make new sounds and kits, the 3P is after all an actual synthesizer rather than just a bunch of sample playback pads like the Roland devices. I'm more into experimental beats so it suits my approach perfectly but it can do straight up drum sounds if that's your thing too.”
