The next day I contacted Avid and a person, overseas I think, took over control of my screen and did it all for me. However, although she was an expert, it still took her an hour to get it working.
I find all the internet sites and options very confusing.
I previously had a perfectly good version of Sibelius 7 on a CD, but when my hard disk crashed, I was unable to load and activate it again, which upset me as I had already paid for it.
So, I am not very happy”
