“I have Sjögren’s syndrome which causes me to have very little saliva. The xylimelts have been such a blessing. I have tried various gels and sprays over the years but these have been the only thing that have really helped, one tablet can give relief for up to 3 hours. I thoroughly recommend them.”

“I have been using Xylimelts for several years now - they allow me to have a full night’s sleep without having to take a drink of water. I have Sjogrens Syndrome which compromises the function of the endocrine glands, as reduced saliva results in a very dry mouth.”

“These are excellent. I have suffered with a dry mouth since I was one week old. I am now almost 63. Long story, I wasn't born like this, I was given the wrong medication at a week old which damaged my saliva glands. But that was a long time ago. Long before we started to sue the medical profession. Anyway, I am used to having a dry mouth, but it's uncomfortable during the night and in the morning when I awake. Using just one of these at bedtime keeps my mouth at what I assume is a normal level! So in my opinion they are excellent.”

“After being treated for throat cancer, these are the best product so far to help with dry mouth & lack of saliva, particularly at night when previously I was waking up to 10 or 11 times because my mouth was so dry & painful. I use 2 at night and 1 several times a day.”
