“I found this to be a bit wide on the handle bar. It’s wasn’t comfortable with my whole hand there so I had to adapt/trim it down a bit so it sits closer to the edge of the throttle and the large paddle bit at the bottom doesn’t catch the rubber edge of the throttle,See photo below. I haven’t been out for a long ride yet so cannot comment on its usability for stopping/helping pins and needles. Good value for what it is.”
