“The taste is pretty good and easy to have first thing in the morning. Definitely feel some differences since having this but unsure if it's a big enough difference to justify the cost just yet. Definitely feel more mentally positive and not as many gut episode’s as before. Only been having just over a month - going to order another tub to continue monitoring changes.”
