“After a lot of reading on digestion this product seems to have the whole package - pre and probiotics, digestive enzymes and ingredients to soothe and heal the gut lining. It's the most comprehensive product I've come across. (However I'm also taking collagen peptides too.) I'm noticing a slow improvement in my bloating and digestion - not the miraculous results I see others report but I still think it's a beneficial product.”
