“It is difficult to tell if the Gut Repair is doing anything. I feel fine taking ir and have had no negative reactions. I like that it has fiber and probiotics, as well as the marshmallow root and green banana resistant starch. All good things for the gut from what I have read. I also like that it has digestive enzymes, but I wonder how it works on an empty stomach since most, from what I have read, are to be taken before a meal. The berry taste is a little strong for me. I mix the Gut Repair with Simpy Orgain plant based protein powder and almond milk to cut the taste. I take it everyday, once a day. Because it contains probiotics for the gut, I have stopped taking Seed probiotics. I eat yogurt and drink kefir and see no need for more. All things considered, I pretty sure I will continue taking this supplement.”
