“I've taken this product every morning for several months now. I also follow a low fodmap diet. These two approaches combined has me feeling a lot better. Of course, when there are a couple variables, it's difficult to attribute success to any one given thing but I do recommend this product. The flavour is great, and if nothing else it feels nourishing priming my empty stomach with this every morning. Doing so has set a positive, intentional morning routine in approaching my health.”
