“I was in trouble with my digestion - abdominal pain (5/10 and getting slowly worse), alternating constipation and diarrhoea, awful bloating and wind. I'd had CAT scans which showed there was a bit of a problem but not yet serious enough for medical intervention. I was given prescription laxatives, which helped a little in the short term, but I was constantly worried about embarrassing myself when I was outside the house! My stools were already mostly loose, so laxatives weren't going to be a long term solution!
I read the information about Gut Relief and also the reviews. Decided to try it. Have been taking for 7 weeks but still only half the recommended minimum time recommended. Will definitely take for at least 3 months. Am conscious my problems have been YEARS in the making. The price is a bit high for me (I'm a pensioner) but I also don't want to end up in hospital having surgery, so makes sense for this to be a financial priority.
Results so far are very encouraging. I still get bloating and wind, but less so. The best things are that my stools are now well-formed and easy to pass (and leave the toilet clean!) and my abdomen feels comfortable, a very good outcome already. My nails are noticeably stronger, and my hair is growing faster (neither things I really needed, but interesting to note - probably due to better absorption of nutrients by the gut?). Am hoping the next few weeks will show improvements with the bloating and wind problems.
But overall, am very impressed and happy.”
