“After taking this for a week, I have seen no change yet. The taste is kinda ok. My container seems to be overloaded with cinnamon, while i know that was one of the ingredients, as soon as i opened it, i got a big overpowering whiff of cinnamon. It seems almost as if over half of it is only cinnamon. I will keep trying it for at least a month to see if i can get benefits and try different stuff to mix it with to try to tone down the cinnamon a bit. I will post again later.”
