“Extremely bloated whilst taking it, took it with assumption that this was normal but after 2mths of being on it, I have now had a break from this for 6 days, I've lost weight (must be fluid) and haven't been bloated. Unfortunately this product isn't for me which is a shame as I loved the taste and the reviews appealed to my health issued.”
