Definitely works for gastritis, it has calmed my symptoms better than my prescription medication.
The only problem is the taste, it’s absolutely awful. It’s meant to be berry but tastes like drain cleaner! That’s the reason I went off it for a while, I can barely swallow the stuff around dry heaving and often vomit it up and have to go for a second try. I wish they changed the flavour or at least give you a choice of a different flavour.
And the new plastic pouches are not a good change, the plastic containers kept the powder dry and were much easier to use.”
