“I didn't notice a difference really. I have ADHD and Asperger's so I'm probably unlikely to notice much of a difference against that background. I didn't want to rate it down because other people might have a different experience, but I couldn't give it 5 stars because I didn't feel much. Perhaps if I was a bit more finely tuned I might have noticed. Anyway, if you thinking of giving it a try and can afford it, I would definitely do it and see how it goes. The company philosophy seems very good (I have no way to objectively test it, but my experience is totally positive so far both of the service and the products) and the products I use are great.”

Nootropics can take time to realise their full potential, and the results can be subtle at first. The BacoMind Bacopa takes at least four weeks to get to work, and the clinical studies run for a minimum of three months. Phosphatidylserine (SharpPS) is also much the same, with clinical studies showing the results are compounding over time. That said, some things work better for some than others, and it can also be influenced by expectations and goals.
