“Well, I'm going really well with Sleep Well. Must admit I researched all the ingredients online just to play safe. I have yet to run them past my doctor. I do hope my body won't get used to it too soon and thus make it less effective. Hopefully once my brain gets in to this set routine it will give me longer periods of sleep.”
