“It is not too sweet, feels healthy and creamy as it is thicker and creamier than other isolates I take so I mix it in with them and I feel confident it's helping my muscles recover from training and keeping my protein intake sufficient. It has quite a bit more good fat in it than other products die to MCL coconut oil but that also increases the bodies sbiliry to burn fat so its a win win! as i like creamy textures tather than chalky...and the fact that the purity is and there's no artificial sweetness or fillers makes me feel like I'm doing my body a recovery favour. I also take it with milk before bed.As I enjoy it and I'm quite addicted to doing this at night.Time now!”
