Taking Creatine is a no-brainer. It's the spinach for popeye. But I've definitely seen a considerable difference in my energy (not an adrenaline coffee energy but source energy).

I am 91 turning 92 in May of this year, I do strength training 3 times per week for 1/2 hour each session, I walk 5Kms every Saturday at our local park run in under 1 hour, I do this because of scoliosis and AFib. My physiotherapist who I attend for my strength training suggested I take Creatine for my heart and strength. I find the dosage you suggest is to high for me, so I have reduced it to 5gm per day. Energy is returning, muscles are rounding and I am feeling well and recovery is fantastic. Thank You. Marcia Storey
