“I have been happy with Creatine Mono as well as NAC (taken for about 9 months now) but when I say happy I simply mean that in all honesty, I have felt nothing different, and I can only hope that it is benfiting me in the ways for which I am taking it for. I feel no different for alot of supplements I take, not better or worse. But BrainCo appear to have quality ingredients, 3rd party tested GMO free etc, things that are important to me. The various benefits associated with taking these I believe is not always easily measurable unless you have blood tested for a particuler mineral, amino acid, vitamin etc and found to be deficient and then improve after further testing after taking the appropriate supplementation. I supplement as a form of insurance in hope that they benefit or contribute to my long term health in ways the research suggest it can. I have only just started BrainCo's Lions Mane (2 days) so far too early to tell, but appears to have quality organic formulated compounds. However I have taken Lions Manes & other mushroom products in the past & again cant say I notice any noticeable difference, thats not to say I am not benefitting.”
