“I've only been using it for a few weeks and I have had a cold for some of this time so it is a bit hard to say at the moment. It is very easy to take and dissolves in water really easily. I will say the little scoop was very hard to find in the mixture and the handle is ridiculously small, so much so that I use the TMG scoop. I will keep taking it and hopefully feel the benefits of it as time goes on.”
